          研发人员从粉末成分的选择、能量输入、界面反应层控制以及界面反应层结构优化等方面展开研究,在无需过渡层的条件下,采用激光熔覆技术实现钢表面熔覆锡基合金、铅表面熔覆锡基合金两种特殊涂层的制备。

          激光熔覆与传统浇注的方式相比大大提高了锡基合金与钢、铅基体之间的结合强度和成形精度,有效的降低了材料浪费,同时涂层具备极小的稀释率,有效避免了基材成分对涂层性能的“污染”。

    涂层参数:    

    锡基合金涂层厚度0.15mm;    

    界面反应层厚度≤0.03mm;    

    涂层内无裂纹、沙眼缺陷。
